You can relax after a busy day in the evening, have a barbecue, or you can also sit in the wintergarden with a glass of wine. If the nights are even fresher, a warm cozy furnace is at your disposal.

Something interesting, especially for golfers. The golf course “Panorama Golf Passau Fürstenzell” is only 4 km away. This course is Germany´s first Feng Shui golf course which offers an experience for your senses.

The new 18 hole golf course with 6200m length is designed as a par 73 and is amplified by its Feng Shui concept which will have a positive effect on body and soul. The term “panoramic golf” is really justified here, because from the clubhouse, you can look over the whole golf course as well as in good weather enjoy a magnificent panorama of the Bavarian Forest to the Alps.

In a few minutes you can reach the year-round water park PEB with a rich variety of sauna, spa, and the beauty department Balineum.

The spa triangle Bad Griesbach, Bad Birnbach and Bad Füssing, known for its hot healing springs is not far away.

The apartment is modern and lovely. We offer 3 separate bedrooms with double beds, single beds and bunk beds. Our extra: Wintergarden with book selection, terrace with garden, garden furniture and grill, bedding, towels and bottled water are included. Cheap package deals for golfers!

Service: Comprehensive maps and information material for the region is available for those who want to golf-wheel-hiking-vacation-family-culture etc.

The variety and versatility of bike and hiking trails is both, a pleasure for family and athletes!

Price valid for 2 persons - Minimum stay: 3 days (2 nights):

Price per night for up to 2 persons including utilities (electricity, water, heating)

For each additional person: +10 Euro/night

Dog: + 7 Euro/night (no food)

Final cleaning on request for a fee (one time flat rate of 50 Euro)

On the day of arrival the total costs and a deposit about 100 Euro must be paid. Credit cards are not accepted.
